Despite the bad reviews (NYT, for instance) I’m going to give Women’s Murder Club the benefit of the doubt. The first episode I enjoyed. And if the dialogue doesn’t get bad and the cases are interesting I’ll be watching. What bugs me though is that the male characters are especially badly drawn (except for Lindsay’s partner maybe). What kind of men are they supposed to represent? I do like the women characters though. And what definitely helps to get me watching is that I enjoy Laura Harris (also known as George’s insufferable fellow reaper Daisy on Dead like me).
